Joetee Optimal Limited ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We collect your name, contact details and property information solely to prepare quotes, deliver cleaning services and maintain our records.
How we use your data
We use your details to respond to enquiries, schedule work, issue invoices and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we never share it for marketing purposes.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Contractual and accounting records are kept for six years as required by UK law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing bookings@joeteeoptimal.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
