Process
Our 4-step post-construction process
1. Site assessment
We walk the site, agree scope and access, identify delicate finishes and confirm a fixed written price and completion date.
2. Debris & rough clean
Remaining materials, packaging and debris are cleared, followed by a rough clean of all surfaces, ledges and voids.
3. Detail clean
Fine dust removal with HEPA vacuums, paint and adhesive residue removal, frames, tracks, sockets, radiators and fittings all detailed.
4. Final polish & handover
Glass, sanitaryware and floors are polished to a presentation finish, then we walk the site with you before sign-off.
