Quotations

All quotes are fixed and valid for 30 days, based on the information provided. Where the property differs materially from the description, we will agree any revision with you before work begins.

Access and utilities

The client is responsible for providing safe access, running water and electricity. Keys held by us are stored securely and never labelled with an address.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the quoted value.

Our guarantee

If any area falls short of the agreed standard, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean it at no additional cost.

Liability

We hold public liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the visit so they can be properly investigated.
